About Us

Our mission is to help others unentangle themselves from hidden patterns & live with freedom, purpose and inner strength.

Who We Are

“What began as our search for freedom became our life’s work".

We met in 2003 on Serendipity Beach in Cambodia — a moment of pure chance that changed the course of our lives. Caleb, walked away from a career in finance to search for a new beginning after a painful breakup. Ankea, an international development specialist, was finding her way out of a long relationship that had grown stifling.

When our paths crossed, something clicked instantly — a spark that felt both magical and deeply familiar. But our love story wasn’t just effortless romance; it was a path that asked us to grow. We had to face our own wounds, unlearn old patterns, and trust something larger than ourselves.

We are Caleb and Ankea, founders of New Pathways — partners in life, parenting, and purpose. Married for 20 years and together for 23, we’ve walked through the real terrain of raising a family, growing businesses, and doing the inner work required to build lasting love and connection.

We didn’t come to this work from theory alone — we lived it. We’ve been stuck too: trapped in the same painful relationship dynamics, circling familiar arguments, and wondering how we could love each other so deeply and still feel disconnected. We’ve also felt stuck in our careers — pouring ourselves into mentoring and social impact work, yet quietly sensing that something essential was missing.

Through that journey, we found the keys for our "New Pathway Framework" that helped us untangle the hidden patterns shaping our lives — and we rebuilt our connection, our clarity and our purpose. Now, we feel a deep responsibility to share that work with the wider community and world.

Our shared mission is to help individuals, couples, and families uncover what’s hidden beneath the surface, heal inherited wounds, and open new pathways toward clarity, connection, and freedom.

We draw from a wide range of modalities — including Systemic Family Constellation Therapy, men’s work, meditation, yoga, coaching, and generational healing practices — to guide clients through deep, lasting transformation.
